Donald r. weaver

Managing Attorney Donald R. Weaver has dedicated his entire professional life to pursuing justice, standing up for the underdog, and fighting bullies. Mr. Weaver graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law, in December 2006 and he has practiced law since 2007.
As his client, you will benefit from his experience as an attorney, but also from the unique, holistic, real-world, solution-based approach Mr. Weaver has refined outside of traditional legal practice.
For over 13 years, Mr. Weaver solved problems, worked to preserve law and order, and at times literally fought for justice, while serving as a police officer in Missouri and California. For over a decade, Mr. Weaver worked in the private sector with a team of professionals dedicated to helping public safety organizations proactively identify all manner of risk and implement practical strategies (including policy and training) to mitigate risk.
Mr. Weaver is available to help: individuals and small business in general civil disputes; public employees in employment disputes and disciplinary actions; injured people in worker’s compensation and personal injury claims; licensed professionals who are facing discipline; those who have used force in defense of themselves or others; law enforcement officers who have had their actions called into question; and organizations seeking to proactively identify and mitigate risk.
Any attorney can provide technical advice, representation, and legal advocacy. But finding the right person to stand alongside you, help you, guide you, advocate for you, and represent you can be a deeply personal decision. The Missouri Supreme Court specifically recognizes that, “Although a lawyer is not a moral advisor as such, moral and ethical considerations impinge upon most legal questions and may decisively influence how the law will be applied.” [Rule 4-2.1, Comment 2]
